As a writer, I am a creator, but as a storyteller sometimes I'm both. I react to the world and its happenings, but my hope is that I create far more than I react. Moreover, as Debbra Lupien stated in her response, I don't want it to be about the "ego." If my words do not evoke inspiration or provoke empowerment, then perhaps they should remain the pages of a diary only as a rant.
