As someone who has opted out of marriage, this was my concern, indeed. And I realized marriage wasn't about finding someone to share your life with. Instead marriage was about "creating a life with someone you trust and hopefully love." If I'd chosen to get married I would have to forego the life I have and create a new one with someone else.

Well, let's just say, I love my life as it is.
