Because I have creole heritage and lived in Louisiana most of my life, you know, "Beaucoup" is my favorite! Come on, now. It means "a lot" in French and Creole.
I also like to here the older ladies say "Bebe" which sounds more like "Beeeh beh" And then there's Chat (which Creoles say mon chat which sounds like "shat" but you barely here the "T" at the end.
It is an endearing phrase for young women, it means little kitten.
My favorite english word is luminosity. It feels good.
