Chachi, that's a great question!

I hope Meg doesn't mine me chiming in, she wrote the article so well that many ideas have come to mind about it. The opposite of happiness ranges from discontent to misery. The opposite of boredom is entertainment.

What Meg has offered here in her article is...as a culture we are used to immediate gratification that when something takes time and focus, we get bored. But we have to train ourselves to make "practice" and dedication to practice exciting as well.

Like I said, just wanted to chime in. I'm feeling inspired.
