Dark Mother: A Soul’s Evolution
Darkness shall always come to light. A poem and an essay exploring life, death, and soul.
Many traditions consider death the separation of the Spirit or Soul from the body. And yet, even at birth, a cord is cut, and we are separated from our Mother’s body to become separate beings.
But it was in the darkness of our mother’s womb that we were nourished and protected.
While on this hero’s journey in life, our souls come to light when we acknowledge the Spirit of who we really are. Empowered, the Soul evolves in the Divine Matrix and becomes a new creation — from Earth Mother to Divine Mother.
When we honor HER, our ancestors are pleased.
Dark Mother
Oh, Dark Mother, she matters
When the seam of the illusion tatters
We return to her and she opens her arms wide
Safe in her bosom, peace never denied
Let her replenish your body with the nectar of bliss
Heal your disease, pain, infirmities with her kiss
For she is as loving as the birds, she inspires to sing
She is as nourishing as waters that spring
The source of my flame lies in her core
Sealing all the rips the evil ones tore
