Dear Content Creator, “What Makes You Different?”
You may discover what makes you unique in an industry of “sameness.”
As a Content Creator, who’s your audience? What do they want? What’s your message? Have you asked yourself the question:
“What makes me different?”
It’s an important question and one that I’ve been asking myself lately. Too many Content Creators, Creative Entrepreneurs, and Storytellers are struggling with these questions in a constantly changing industry where “the same” can get you results but not always lead to success or fulfillment.
If we do it to do or do what we think others are doing to make money, get notoriety, or climb the ladder of success, our creativity will always suffer. It will become stale and shrouded in disingenuousness.
We can lose our authenticity and never build authority in the mix of competition, likeness, and constant comparison to others’ success.
But when you find what makes you unique — if it’s your voice, your work, and the things that inspire you most in life, you will find those who resonate with your work.
Just as importantly, you make real connections, build an engaging audience, and enjoy success and fulfillment from your work.
