Experiencing Freedom in Mind, Body, and Soul
The freedom to create in a stream of consciousness and peace.

Perhaps, it seems selfish and carefree to float through life. Riding a wave of consciousness while enjoying the freedom of exploring your soul’s purpose and your heart’s desires is a beautiful and extraordinary life. Well, at least for me, it is.
I don’t know about you, but it feels like I am floating in the creative flow. I float in a sea of joy and abundance beyond space and time. I’ve often lost track of time while creating.
Creativity nourishes my soul and soothes my mind.
Even on a physical level, I am light, and I am light. I am light and not weighed down by all the things — worries, concerns, sorrows. I can get into a “flow state,” and just like that…
I’m floating. When I’m not, I miss it. My soul calls out to it because, as Eko BP, stated in her story To Live With Half Sanity.
“I want to live authentically, with conscience and awareness, upholding the value of love and compassion.”
And yet, there are times when we are overwhelmed by injustice, acts of violence, and, well, even the economy, and we lose sight of good and beauty. Suddenly, we feel heavy, tired, and in many ways, defeated.
Then we tune back to joy through our creativity, and we are floating again.
With this in mind, I present to you:
Floating
Staring into the flame, I don’t want to be cynical
Hoping to rise higher, I have not reached the pinnacle
Yet, something grabs my heart and tugs at the beat
And I’m no longer floating but standing on my feet
Sorrow fills me because I miss floating
Oh, how I miss floating
I could feel love all around me inside and out
Freedom became too much, so I held to doubt
The frequency changed, and low density remained
The liberation and joy I made could not be retained
Feeling disconnected from all, I miss floating
