Hey, I'm from Louisiana. We have a festival for everything. Including a teddy bear festival. And we are the home of Mardi Gras. With Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday) We have parades for about a week and throw stuff at people like beads, candy and yeah, Coconuts. Sounds weird but it's quite a week long event.
