I had a poli-sci professor just like this. We called him "The Dreaded Dr. Price." He looked just like Norman Bates from Psycho and he wore bowties everyday.

But that guy taught me how to collect empirical data, do research, and know "the questions" to every answer in a debate. He was an absolute dork with dumb jokes, but the man was brilliant.
