I read the writers I love regardless of FOM. And I think some writers who are not FOM are worried about that. But if I love your work, I love your work. No elitist bullshit over here.

Oh, and yes, I think it is more about read ratio. When a story is read all the way through it earns more than it would if it gets a bunch of 30 second clap drive-bys. And I think it's because a view and a read are different things. A view is 30 seconds but is that a read?
