I went through the same thing but the person "paraphrased" my content. And they even used my research, quotes, and statistics in the same spots I did. Since it was a Meta article, I didn't sweat it. Still, it was hurtful because it was someone I followed and liked their work. Now, I wonder if I enjoyed their work or someone else's.
