I'm always on the fence with AI assisted content. I think that if the idea is yours, the writing is yours, but you prompted AI for a bit of structural help (I guess) then I don't see as much of a problem, but if you're just prompting, coping a changing a few words then, can you really say it's your work? And this is coming from a former ghostwriter, LOL!
