In my mindfulness studies, I most cherish, stillness and present moment awareness. It has taught me how much of the stress I've experienced has been through ruminating and catastrophizing. My body feels better and my mind is so much more clear in the present. And the research you've shared about cognition, health, and wellness seals the deal for me.
