In the workforce (forced work sometimes), employers talk about "work-life balance" but many companies don't really adhere to the sentiment. Instead, they monitor productivity levels and milk as much out of their employees day as they can get. It is important that we all, find a way to make money work for us instead of just working for money. That way, we are less likely to be exploited.
