In your "unbecoming process" a few things really stuck out for me and made me want to give you a standing ovation and not just 50 claps. Those two phrases were "readiness to unbecome" and "feeling the moment."

Like you've describe, we all have to shed the old to become the new and greater version of ourselves. It requires feeling the moment. You have described what so many others go through in your story but because they don't feel the moment, they get stuck and well, give up.
