It comes down to a growing pathology among "ignorant" black men who want to blame their "Mothers" because their fathers aren't stepping up and taking responsibility for raising them. It's what the little boy does. He's angry with his father but takes his anger out on his mother.
Just as I would never say that "all black men" are not taking an active role in their children's lives, I would not say single black mothers are responsible for police killing young black men. BTW, did he not notice that Tyre was a grown ass man?
Furthermore, though "all black men" are not absentee fathers, we need to address the fact that too many have drop their seed and didn't pick up the responsibility for the life they created. And no this isn't even "majority" of black men, but it is still too many.
