It's mostly how people are treated in these types of jobs. It's hard on the body and not worth the wages most times. I think machinery will soon take over many of these jobs anyway and goodness most of these jobs are outdoors. The weather is brutal now. We're getting ice storms twice a winter season in the south nowadays. That was unheard of just 5 years ago.
