I've been working as an independent contractor for a while now. But I understand. I didn't quietly quit my job in the past. I quit very loudly. I think employees and employers and going to have to find a way to both identify real equitable expectations. The workforce has changed because Gen Z and Millennials have options their parents and older siblings didn't have or at least couldn't see.
