I've enjoyed how Julie shares nutritious recipes. She demonstrates how we can make healthy, delicious.

Yes, I'm a smoothie queen too. I love to make them fresh. And I've returned to eating my "big salads loaded with lettuce, tomatoe, peppers, mushrooms, a little seared tofu and cucumbers. The bigger the salad the better.
