I've read some of the Seth papers and I've always had the intention of reading more from Jane Roberts and Seth. Furthermore, I've read some articles from Tom Kenyon (the Hathors), and much of what you are sharing here aligns with what he teaches and shares. Your exercise sounds phenomenal and I will have to give it try. What do you think about the work of Cynthia Sue Larson?
