I've tried hot yoga at hotworx. I practice a Kemetic yoga routine I learned at Detox International in New Orleans. I stopped my yoga practice and because of health issues I hadn't been able to restart until very recent (May). I practice once a week at home and I'm looking to increase soon since I'm feeling so much better.
