Lots of truth in this one, Toya. They play so many tricks in the south to frustrate the voter, mainly the red states. I've lived in two red states and they would always change the precincts which made it difficult for some people, especially POC and the elderly to know where they should go to cast their vote. It's designed to frustrate people so much they wouldn't want to vote at all.
