Medium pays for Member Read Time. Bichomato did a caculation of about 1.2 cents per minute read by a member. I looked at my stats and calculated it and I was 1.29 cents per read by a member.

For example a 5 minute read would come to about 6 cents to 6.45 cents for that read by a member.

It's pretty accurate.
