My grandfather had those ways about him too. I know he was trying to protect me. He wanted me to marry so bad. He especially thought so after Hurricane Katrina. I think he started to get it about 10 years after the storm. He saw I was capable. He said I was "tough and smart." He either understood or perhaps gave up on the idea.
