The truth is, because of the number of black men who are killed by police and unlawfully jailed, we can't be "totally" dependent on a man for all of our resources.

That being said, for those black women who choose Hypergamy it is in her best interest to be educated, have marketable skills, and know how to earn and grow money--in my opinion.
