Oh, my friend. This breaks my heart. I didn't bother you because I wanted to respect your boundaries and give you the opportunity to tell your story in your time if you wanted to say anything at all.

I loved CT because of the EDITORS. You guys did such a wonderful job of making CT feel like a mag you would pick up at a local store. That's the ugly side of ambition. I wished Winston well, but I had no idea he left you guys hanging. And it wasn't until yesterday I found out what really happened.

I will be honest and I really don't care who reads this. I felt you had been thrown under the bus before with your Column. You were only following the lead of your Editor in Chief, that's what we do in publishing....if you are a professional. And you have handled yourself as a professional. After I discovered what happened late yesterday, I asked myself the same question, "Where is the Apology to the LGBTQ+ community?"

Keep your head up, friend. And I have no doubt you will create something far greater. Let me know if there is anything I can do.
