Oh my Melanie. You are talking about my favorite word, "Freedom!" When we forgive and release and clean we lighten up and we lighten up. We lighten up from the clutter and waste of holding on to stuff that has no purpose in our lives. We lighten and shine a little bit brighter because we have shed another layer of the false self that covers who we really are.
