Quite an interesting story. It brings back memories of my in-service training days. Yep, putting that Speech Communications Degree to good use.

I lead my share of Team-building exercises from the Trust Method to "Rumor" and others. Can't remember them all. It's been awhile.

It's usually fun, but it never rapidly or dramatically changes how people work together.
