Rasa, your goals are very much attainable. I have not reached the referred members but you can reach the goals you have in about 60 to 90 days of consistency.

I share a lot about engagement and audience development. I do this because I want good writers who have goals on this platform to meet those goals and attain success.

Some of the writers on this platform won't agree (some will) since the algorithm changed engagement really matters. Yes, write daily if you can, but read, highlight, and comment at least 10 stories a day.

Choose to read writers who engage back. Publish to publications that have high interactions. You can go through my list of articles and see the publications I publish with and join them. I only publish with publications that have high audience engagement.
