Reading is important to me. And that goes both ways. But I'm not as much of a fan of R4R as people may think. I look at reciprocity very differently. It's about community and not about I owe you a read because you read my story. Furthermore, I do think that FoM does attract more writers to your stories. Writers who want R4R. Readers don't care.
