The American Dream has extended beyond the shores of the USA and touched the minds of folks who salute different flags and speak other languages. The concept of the American Dream promises:

every citizen of the United States should have an equal opportunity to achieve success and prosperity through hard work, determination, and initiative.”

But what if recessions, pandemics, shutdowns, inflation, and a minimum wage that doesn’t amount to a living wage, have the next generation re-evaluating how they want to work and achieve success?

A Shutdown Allowed Many to Re-evaluate Their Work Life

During the Shutdown phase of the pandemic, we had no choice but to slow down and, well, even stop. And while the Shutdown became a political battle of global proportions, many feared how they would provide for their families and themselves.

Still, we needed that time to stop, breathe, and assess our lives. In the middle of protests and riots, we asked ourselves:
