Starter? Wow. California housing market is outrageous!

The proposal is to cram 200 homes on 15 acres, with assurances that no waterways will be affected. Supposedly, the development will be “affordable,” meaning smaller “starter” homes, but in this area that still means at least $600,000 each (and that estimate is probably low.)
