Thank you for the mention, Jessica. Well, for me, the most challenging thing as a writer on Medium has been fake engagement. I wrote an article about it because it baffles me.

The other thing is, patience and putting my ego in its rightful place. Medium is an investment in your writing career. It takes time and patience and your ego can get in the way of that.
