The old Career Day is so dead. I think it is a way to seriously update it. Instead of career day focus on industries and how youth can carve a career path for themselves in that industry.

Influencer, how? What do you want to do? How will you build your brand? Coding? What do you want to create? How do you do it? How can you bring it to market?

Oh, yeah. It has to change.
