This is a great piece, Ellen. It's as if you were listening on a conversation I just had with my Bestie. We had just watched the story on Pam Hupp, starring the actress Renee (I forget her last name) but she was in the Bridgette Jones movies..

I didn't like how upbeat and fantastical the series played out. It kind of mocked the tragedy a bit for me. I couldn't tell if it was based on a true crime or if it were an episode of Desperate Housewives or Why Women Murder.

Then I thought about the victims' families watching it. I won't be returning next season.
