Until my friend told me about this young woman, I realized I had misconceptions about "who manipulators, hustlers, and con-artists were. You never think of a young mother with 3 children with a high earning household income. You know? And so, I'm curious. I've been down a rabbit hole for a few weeks now trying to understand how, why, who. And I've learned a lot. It really does come back to what my grandmother taught me about watching people, listening, being present.
