Yep, this is when I get manic and lose sight of what is really important.

…ing a bit more run-down than usual, yet I push through instead of listening to my body and relaxing. The pushing through can be helpful when I am doing something, creating, or moving, but when I am just sitting here thinking of what I “should” do, it is not helpful.
