Yes, our minds do go to a place that tells us we aren’t doing enough, fast enough. It fosters anxiety and increases inflammation, stress, and disharmony in the mind and body. We are taught to rush. We are taught to always be in a hurry. Society perpetuates the hurry, hurry mindset. I thought I was running out of time at 22, 30, and 35. But we actually accomplish more when we slow down and remain present.
