You're where I was in this conversation 6 months ago. I wrote and wrote about how to engage, how to understand the algorithm, and how to build community.

Ultimately I wrote about growth marketing. I had many who understood, took my advice, got to work, and grew tremendously.

Others just wanted to complain and tout "Medium is dead." So I asked, "Then why are you still here? Why are you hanging out in the graveyard?" I heard nothing, Crickets.

After that I realize some people just love to complain. There's no way to make them happy.
